We will accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible, you must first email within 30 days of delivery confirmation with photographic proof of the damages to the shipping container (both inside and out), the product (all sides of the product), and the confirmation number written in the photo (on sticky note or paper). This must be included in the initial contact to be eligible.
Please note: all items will be replaced first. Only if a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
