We will accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible, you must first email within 30 days of delivery confirmation with photographic proof of the damages to the shipping container (both inside and out), the product (all sides of the product), and the confirmation number written in the photo (on sticky note or paper). This must be included in the initial contact to be eligible.
Please note: all items will be replaced first. Only if a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

- UPS Worldwide Expedited® for parcels outside the United States of more than 0.15 lbs (0.068 kg).
- Global Stamp(s) for parcels outside the United States less than 0.15 lbs (0.068 kg).
**If the item is a preorder, then it will not be shipped out until the weekend before the release date.
These will be shipped out the weekend before An Ember's Shadow releases.
